Moogambigai College of Nursing conducted an Academic Orientation Programme for the first-semester B.Sc. Nursing students of the 2025–26 batch on October 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Lecture Hall–1, Moogambigai College of Nursing, Bengaluru.

The session familiarized students with the academic framework, syllabus, attendance requirements, and examination patterns. Faculty emphasized the importance of maintaining 100% attendance during clinical postings and upholding professionalism throughout their training.

Students were also briefed on college and hostel rules and regulations, along with an introduction to upcoming clinical postings at Rajarajeshwari Super and Multi-Speciality Hospital. They were oriented to the hospital departments including Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, and Community Health.

Information regarding extracurricular and co-curricular activities such as sports day, cultural events, and personality development programs was also shared.

Overall, the orientation served as an informative and motivating session, guiding students toward a disciplined, responsible, and enriching academic journey.
