Students of Moogambigai College of Nursing actively participated in the Mega Tree Plantation Drive organized by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) under the Green Bengaluru Initiative on 27 June 2026.
The Government of Karnataka’s flagship environmental initiative aimed to plant 15 lakh saplings within 12 hours across three major locations in Bengaluru, with the participation of over 50,000 volunteers, as part of a Guinness World Record attempt.
Our students participated at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, where they planted around 500 native saplings, contributing to Bengaluru’s green cover and demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation and community service.
